I had a great experience getting my car fixed here! Andy and Walter were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. The repairs were completed quickly, and my car is running great. It's hard to find people you can trust with your vehicle, but they definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. Thank you, Andy and Walter!

This was my first experience with having my car repaired. I was extremely concerned with how this process would play out. As soon as i walked in the door, I was Greeted with a bright sincere smile and warmth of welcomeness to assist me with my repairs. The estimator i was assigned to who handled my complete repair process was absolutely amazing. The repairs did not take as long as i thought it would. The paint match was incredible. I cant believe I am unable to notice a difference in my 8 year old car. Truly an amazing experience. No offense but i hope i never have to use you guys again but if i do. I know exactly where to have my car repaired. Thank you so much!!! From the bottom of my heart i am so grateful for your team. God Bless!

Vann York collision center is the best. They done an outstanding job on a bumper for me. The paint job was a perfect match. Joe Johnston was very professional and he went over and beyond to help. All of the staff are very friendly and Andy Collins the manager was very nice. I recommend this shop to anyone who is in the market for collision repair

I recently had my vehicle repaired after an accident, and I’m very satisfied with the collision repair service provided. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair steps, timelines, and costs upfront, which gave me confidence in their work. The quality of the repair was excellent—my car looks as good as new, and the paint match is flawless. They also handled the insurance paperwork efficiently, which saved me a lot of stress. The turnaround time was reasonable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly, and even cleaned the car before returning it to me.

This place did work to my 2017 Nissan Rogue that was rear ended. The repair it self took forever! Then once I had contacted them several times about issue in the area I was rear ended being told I need to pay for a diagnostic fee for them to look at any mechanical issues. I now have a car that my wife drives with my kids that has issues with the brakes, and exhaust. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone there but the lady that answers the phone will not transfer me or give me any info to rectify the situation. I don’t believe any mechanical issues were fixed.
